How do I access a previously purchased course or package?

Log in to your Surgent account by clicking the "Log In" button in the top right of the screen. Once you are logged in, you will have immediate access to all of your purchased CPE courses and packages, plus many other self-service features.

I just completed a webinar — where is my certificate?

We will email you once your certificate is available. If you don't receive it within 24 hours of the webinar ending, check your spam folder. If it's not there, email us at info@surgent.com and we'll resend it.

I lost my certificate — can I get a copy?

Yes — and the easiest way is to get it yourself. Log into your account at surgentcpe.com and click "My Certificates." You'll find a list of every course for which you've earned CPE credit, along with a downloadable PDF of each certificate.
