CPE Certificates are issued by email within 24 hours of the completion of the webinar. Surgent reserves the right to adjust CPE credit for participants arriving late or leaving early.

How do I access my purchased webinars, self-study courses, or packages?
After purchasing, simply log into your Surgent account by clicking the "Log In" button at the top right of the page. Once logged in, you’ll have access to all your purchased courses, packages, and self-service features.

Can I retrieve a lost CPE certificate?
Yes! Log into your Surgent account and click on “My Certificates” to access all your earned credits and download your certificates.
