Refunds for CPE packages for CPAs (self-study, webinar, plus packages), certificate programs, and other products are available within 10 business days after date of purchase, assuming that no CPE credit has been granted. If you would like to report a complaint or question about a Surgent product, please contact Surgent customer service at (800) 778-7436 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Surgent's Program Cancellation Policy:
In the rare event that Surgent needs to cancel a webinar due to circumstances beyond our control, all participants will be notified and given the opportunity to either transfer to another webinar or obtain a refund (not applicable for Unlimited Webinar Package customers).
