Instructions for Accessing a Webinar/Self-Study Course or Package

Already purchased a course or package and trying to locate it? Here are the simple steps you can follow:

Accessing a Webinar Package:

1. Click “Quick Links” on the top right portion of your screen.
2. Select “My Webinar Packages.”
3. Enter your serial number, including all dashes, and click “submit.” A list of available webinars will appear on the screen. You can register or unregister for any webinar right from that screen.

Accessing an Individual Webinar:

1. Click “Quick Links” on the top right portion of your screen.
2. Select “My Webinars.”
3. Enter your email address and click “submit.” A list of webinars for which you are registered will appear on the screen. You can log-in to a webinar or access course materials right from this screen.

Accessing a Self-Study Package:

1. Click “Quick Links” on the top right portion of your screen.
2. Select “My Self-Study”
3. Enter your serial number, including all dashes, and click “submit.” A list of available self-study courses in your package will appear on the screen. Select any course on the list to access the course material or take the CPE exam.

Accessing an Individual Self-Study Course:

1. Click “Quick Links” on the top right portion of your screen.
2. Select “My Self-Study”
3. Enter your serial number, including all dashes, and click “submit.” Options to access the course material or the CPE exam will appear on the screen.

Another Option: Using Your Customer Profile to Access Courses and Packages:

If you have created a profile on cpenow.com, you can use this profile to access courses and packages that you have purchased, as well as view and print certificates for prior courses. To access your profile:

1. Go to www.cpenow.com.
2. Click “Log In” on the top right portion of your screen.
3. Enter your user name and password.

Please note that you are not required to create a profile to purchase or access courses on cpenow.com. If you do not have a profile or are having trouble getting into your profile, you can use the instructions earlier on this page to access your courses or packages.
