Question No. 1: Should I hear music or see a video playing when I login to my webinar?
No, there is no music or video that plays, if you enter a webinar room before the scheduled start time.
Question No. 2: Why is my webinar's audio or video buffering?
If you audio and/or video live stream is not consistant, this could indicate a variety of issues. Most often, your browser or device is not compatible, or your internet connection is not strong.
